Capthchas haven’t worked against serious actors for years and companies could easily pay for a user account. Anything a normal tech illiterate person can do, companies can automate. You sort of have to trust their pinky promise of not scraping content.

Just gotta up the calories per meal, other than the meal right before the gym in the morning, they’re always 1000+kcal for me.
I tried meal prepping and eating less per meal, but more often, but it just takes too much time out of the day personally.

Nuts is something I do need to eat more often.
Unsalted cashew nuts is my personal go to.
2-3 meals a day and gaining weight over here. Nuts are your best friend if you’re bulking.
Once operational, the energy generated is cheap and will still be in demand
