I just don’t get the incongruity of the Trump admin. In pretty much every other area they are “show me the money”.

big tech AI: whatever you guys want!

    crypto: whatever you guys want!

big banks: whatever you guys want!

big oil: whatever you guys want!

big pharma vaccines: No, this is where we must draw the line!

the only constant is “maximum damage”.

It’s pretty simple. If it helps the rich or his grifter friends then this administration is all for it.

If it helps the average Joe, then fuck that.

Kennedy is generally opposed to vaccines, but he is particularly hostile to mRNA-based vaccines

I reckon the mistake was calling them mRNA vaccines. Yes, that’s what they are, but RNA sounds scawy and vaccines cause autism and homosexuality, so something with some razz to it would be the right call…

“What’s going on here?! Is that an RNA experiment?”

    “Umm. It’s a-… Um … Elixir.”

“Oh, I see. And how does it work?”

    "…universe stuff. It’s complicated, sir. Sugar, nitrogen, phosphate… "

"Indeed. I’ve seen those on a cereal boxes before, and nitrogen is from that racing movie with the pretty women. What’s it do?

“It’s for…um…mosquito bites. Also a good degreaser. Jenkins has it in his head it cures viruses too, ha. We’d obviously have to test first.”

“I like that Jenkins. Which viruses?”

    " The annoying ones."

“What about viruses that put thoughts about a person’s daughter in their head all the time?”

    “…Sure.”

rolls up sleeves “Give it to me. Right above the lamprey hickey there’s a good vein. You’re doing good work here, son. We’ll up the budget to get this Elixir of the Universe out to the shamans.”

History will remember this administration as one of the worst. These fuckers are all writing their own chapters in history books as full fuck-tard level. They will be looked back on with shame and embarrassment. Let this be their legacy. They are not the problem. The problem is the 55% of the voting populace that voted for them. America needs to improve our educational system so these our population isn’t as fucking stupid as we are.

America needs to improve our educational system

What also infuriates me is some of the supposedly educated people are also for that garbage regime, either blindly supporting it for confirming their fascist beliefs, or because they see it as an opportunity to make money from misery.

That includes the techbros. And CEOs of MLMs.

OK, read the article, and I’ll go a little off track.

I think the sticking point is American education. When mRNA vaccines came out people where screaming, “It alters your DNA!!” Well. OK. That idea is ignorant on the face of it.

Know what? I have basic, even college level, biology under my belt. Had never heard of mRNA! Imagine not being able to pronounce “deoxyribonucleic acid”. Can you see how these dumbasses conflate the two?

Read the article! It was hard for me to parse. Imagine knowing less biology than your average bear. No wonder these people are easily fooled!

“Meh. Big words, can’t pronounce. Sounds good!”

And to my shame, I didn’t stop to think it all through. But I trust the experts, and I don’t trust these experts.

So, what’s the end game here? Please, stifle the snark. Merely playing on ignorance for votes? Surely there’s more to it than that?

RFK is a bit of an anomaly in the Trump administration. He’s an environmental lawyer who fights against corporations. He’s rich so can’t be bought by pharma lobbying. He is in the administration because Trump “bought” his voters. This position was his price.

I think he actually believes in the public good, but he’s not particularly clever and is easily swayed by pseudo science.

He can see that big phama has made and will make billions out of mRNA technology and is suspicious. Now he has the power to cut spending and that aligns with republican goals.

At some point RFK jr will upset the corporatocracy and Trump will fire him.
