No idea why so many shops dont support Vorkasse (bank transaction in advance) or invoice.
Probably because it involve to set up yet another check.
Same with instant bank transfers (even though I am using them more and more often to be honest) which basically are pratically the same thing as a credit card payment with the advantage (for the seller) that the commission are paid by the buyer
