I got it working, but the installation was a big pain and I totally blame Lenovo.4·1 year agoThat’s surprising, Thinkpad x240 owner here. With all the os i installed on it i never had to do such overcomplicated manipulation, just bios entering + boot on usb.

Mint is basically Debian on easy mode so figure out if you’re ready to change the difficulty
used to do collaborative works on Linux, never had any issues

When i first heard of xz backdoor, i updated my arch system and the xz-utils package to 5.6.1-3 which in the version numbers seems to be a patch, and it seems to be, so think you’re safe from now
