We are going to start hearing about data centers built in poor countries powered exclusively by coal.

This is/has been a test facility, not a large scale million-s tons a year thing. Because that’s not yet possible, this is a step in a good direction. It’s a tremendous advancement that can hopefully continue to be scaled up.

Empty the landfills, burn the waste, generate electricity and eat all the carbon emissions. No idea if it’s feasible in the future but it sure would be an incredible advancement.

Weeks instead of years. Could be big for assisting in the fight against climate change.
