Two popular night train routes from Paris to Berlin and Paris to Vienna will be scrapped in December, the Austrian rail provider ÖBB confirmed on Monday.

    Noooo dont cut night trains. I love travelling while sleeping and arriving in the morning.

    Huh. I’m sitting on the one from Zürich to Berlin right now. I’ve been using these for years now, whenever I travel in Europe. Generally prefer then over flying for a lot of reasons.

    Shutting down lines definitely feels like a step in the wrong direction.
