How usual is it to have a “disturbed” gps-signal around Russia?

I was near the russian border to Kaliningrad in Lithuania in the summer and 2 of our 4 GPS-devices were “all over the place” on that day. Constant location-jumps, sometimes no location at all.

Why the fuck is a defense minister onboard a fighter jet in the current geopolitical climate? Pilot personnel can gather and relay any pertinent information to boots on the ground. Defense decision-makers should not be anywhere near anything related to geopolitical targeting.

These people are acting like Russia isn’t hostile to their politics and currently engaged in an offensive war at their allies’ borders. WTF?

Is there some allowance for flying over Kaliningrad? I thought we were being “friendly neighbours” and not overflying each others territories.

Anyway it’s really annoying that all of a sudden the gps stuff is being brought up every time a politician gets in a plane now. It’s being going on for years and for everyone. Seems like a pretty weak thing to be hyping up all of a sudden as a justification for whatever escalation they plan next
