Real question, why are they acting AFTER widespread complaints? Isn’t this shit they should already know with all those free tax dollars they absorb constantly?

I kept on checking throughout the day yesterday- Verizon’s website said no outages, but istheservicedown showed most of the east coast of the US was down.

I also heard from friends with business class Internet that they were fine.

might just be an inaccurate headline, I don’t think we know the exact order of things or when Verizon identified the issue.

It’s weird, my service has been dead, but my wife’s is just fine. So it doesn’t seem to be a geographical issue.

Hey, I just got a phone call from my brother because he couldn’t call anyone. I have T-Mobile and he has Verizon. Funnily enough our call worked just fine but he couldn’t call his girlfriend. Apparently he has no problems calling people that are using Android but can’t call anyone using an iPhone.

I have no service at all, can’t get any kind of outgoing or incoming whatsoever. SOS only.

Primary on the phone plan and my phone is SOS only. All other family members on my plan have working phones. Interesting.
