Pretty fucking dumb to endorse Genocide to the tune of ~1 billion because of guilt about conducting a Genocide…
I didn’t say it was a smart decision. Emotions can make people do irrational things. And if they feel that badly about what happened in the past, I could see this hard overcorrection.
