The point is that they haven’t done so yet. This is just a motion to tell the responsible minister to explore whether or not it can or should be done. They don’t have the power to simply instate such designations.
Even forums that might seem harmless carry potential risks, such as where adults come into contact with child users.
Wait until the government finds out they’re gonna have to age-restrict playing outside. What a genuine bone-dead stupid take.

Most Nazis historically were.
That’s a pretty fair point, though I assume a spare powerbank would solve the problem nearly as well (albeit slower and with a cable).
Screwdrivers are pretty entry-level tools though.
Not Tesla though, it relies on cameras only.
People seem to be downvoting you but you’re absolutely right. Languages are dynamic and evolve all the time. The language “rules” are merely descriptive; they explain how most people use the language, and if you want to make sure everyone can understand you it’s best to follow them.
Even then there’s some wiggle-room. Take the gif/jif pronunciation debate, it was coined as “jif” but the majority of people switched to “gif”. So (depending on the dictionary you own) it will often either list just “gif” as correct, or list both as equally valid pronunciations (which given the sizeable minority for “jif” seems like the correct approach imo). All the gift/giraffe/creator-says-x is just fluff and not actually all that relevant.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be a response from OpenAI, it could well be some bot platform that serves this API response.
I’m pretty sure someone somewhere has created a product that allows you to generate bot responses from a variety of LLM sources. And if whatever is interacting with it is simply reading the response body and stripping out what it expects to be there to leave only the message, I could easily see a fairly bad programmer create something that outputs something like this.
It’s certainly possible this is just a troll account, but it could also just be shit software.

It sounds more like Rashida Jones.

Techwise it probably doesn’t, but then there’s marketeers, sales, accountants, legal, etc…

Well, more RAM will always help. An iPhone with more RAM will allow it to perform better than one with less RAM. Similarly, too little RAM will hamper performance regardless of the device.

Android has a garbage collector, meaning it requires an additional 2GB of RAM of overhead to keep things smooth. iPhones run significantly hotter than Androids, and consume more energy to achieve their performance gains.
It’s not true to simply state “one is better than the other”. There’s various metrics in which either one may be better.

As CEO he is ultimately responsible for his platform. So yes, in the end it’s his responsibility. It’s why he gets paid the big bucks.

I don’t think about them at all to be honest. Total disinterest.

It functions more like a drawing tablet, with the ability to put something behind the screen allowing you to easily trace it.

Same here. Quite bizarre too, since I’m not even a US citizen so I’m not even allowed to buy in. And surely based on their user data Reddit should know that…

IIRC this is because Spotify wants to generate translations for these audiobooks in the original voices. At least, that’s what I think I remember from a long time ago.

Meh, lots of Apple products have heat dissipation issues. Most notably some of the recent macbooks had that issue iirc.
They’re good, but some of the design choices force some hefty technical compromises.
A TOS is not a liability shield. If Raine violated the terms of service, OpenAI should have terminated the service to him.
They did not.
