I am on the same side of the issue as this author and I should be reading this and agreeing. But I disagree with nearly every statement, god this is such a bad essay. I think it does a terrible job of making its case.

Go into beginner linux spaces and see for yourself. Look at how many people complain about display issues with bazziteKDE its a common issue.

The video is 3 different people not just Linus. PopOS is not an uncommon choice, go into any beginner linux space and you’ll find people installing it all the time. All the issues were from System76 this time and last time.

wtf is that headline. Its a nice improvement but I wouldnt go that far. Its 5-10mins afters and has a better operating temp(allegedly) and ~10-20% extra range. Its nice but the gap isnt that huge.

Look at your comment for example, its not a tiny amount of fent addicts, your streets are full of them. I went to LA Precovid and it was disgusting people seeing people drugged out living on the streets being treated like its normal. There were 500k people homeless at that time, now there are 800k. You cannot sit here and say thats normal or say its only a tiny amount. Fent deaths have more than doubled since then homelessness is on the rise, drug use is on the rise.
